After a short briefing, you will begin your journey southwest towards Tarangire. The early departure allows more time inside the park and increases opportunities for wildlife viewing during the cooler hours of the day.

Scenic Drive from Arusha to Tarangire

The journey covers approximately 120 kilometres and usually takes around 2.5 to 3 hours. You will travel through the countryside south of Arusha, passing local settlements, farmland and open landscapes. Arrival and Park Entry
