WELCOME TO MARTIAL EAGLE ADVENTURES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Martial Eagle Adventures for your travel experience in Tanzania. These terms and conditions outline the guidelines and regulations governing our services. By proceeding with your travel reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We kindly ask you to carefully review this document before finalizing your reservations.

  1. Reservation

When booking with Martial Eagle Adventures, a written travel agreement is necessary, which can be electronically transferred. This agreement covers all participants listed in the reservation, and the individual making the reservation accepts responsibility for all participants’ contractual obligations. Acceptance of the travel agreement is confirmed in writing by Martial Eagle Adventures, and a confirmation will be sent to you via email.

  1. Payments

Upon completion of your tour reservations, a deposit of 50% of the tour price is due within 14 days. The remaining tour price should be settled 65 days before the tour’s commencement, alongside your reservation number. Last-minute bookings within 65 days of the tour’s start require full immediate payment. Failure to pay the full amount or missing the payment deadline releases Martial Eagle Adventures from its obligations, allowing us to retain the deposit.

  1. Price and Service Adjustments

Changes to the agreed-upon tour content will be promptly communicated to participants. We reserve the right to adjust the tour price due to changes in national park fees, entry fees, taxes, and transportation costs. Such adjustments are only possible if more than a month remains between contract acceptance and the tour’s start. Price changes or changes in essential services can occur up to 14 days before the tour begins.

  1. Medical Conditions and Disabilities

Please inform us before confirming your booking if you or any member of your party have any medical problems or disabilities that may affect your holiday. We must be provided with full details in writing at the time of booking. If we are unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we reserve the right to decline the booking or cancel it upon becoming aware of these details.

  1. Documentation

Please review all documentation we send you as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information appears incorrect. We cannot accept liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies within 14 days of sending the documentation. You will be responsible for any costs involved in rectifying inaccuracies, except where the mistake is ours.

  1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be made in writing and will be processed upon receipt by Martial Eagle Adventures. The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellation before 65 to 50 days of tour start: 50% of the tour price.
  • Cancellation before 50 to 0 days of tour start: 100% of the tour price.
